Owner for over 27 years, Ben serves as head of Business Operations and Development. Being in the industry for over 30 years, Ben’s expertise assists BCM’s operations with his applied knowledge and trade experience in ensuring all jobs run smoothly and the highest standard of quality is met.
Henry Castro
Project Manager
Son to Ben, Henry is a Cal Poly Pomona Bachelors of Science – Construction Engineering and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) alumn. With over 10 years of construction experience (private and public sector), Henry has experience in commercial and residential construction valued over $300 million dollars. Henry serves as both project manager and estimator for BCM.
